Andy Botwin is annoyed that Nancy is using his bike shop as a front for her business. Silas Botwin has plans for an elaborate weed selling business with the help of Emma Karlin but Nancy wants something smaller so they can make money more quickly. Zoya Ravitch catches Nancy making out with Dimitri Ravitch. Nancy makes a deal with the SEC to be an informant on Clive in order to end her sentence early.
